It just so happened that the Microsoft system had an error, and the hotel system also had problems. The South Asian waiter at the front desk wanted to charge a child check-in fee, saying it was a hotel rule, but he gave up after showing the reservation form that stated that children could be brought in free of charge. I booked a room with breakfast, but no one checked whether it included breakfast or not, so I went down to eat whatever I wanted. It was also very casual.
